Who I Am
I help people build lives that fit who they are, not who they were told to be.
I’ve spent twenty five years moving through architecture, design, leadership, coaching, and customer experience, and each chapter has shaped the work I do today. I’m a multi talented person, and for a long time I thought that meant I didn’t fit anywhere, it turns out I just didn’t fit inside the narrow definitions of a traditional career.
I’m also a husband, a father, and an explorer of whatever interests me, and those parts of my life shape my work just as much as anything I’ve done professionally.
I’ve led teams, coached leaders, designed spaces, and built systems that help people and organizations grow. Along the way, I’ve learned that most people aren’t lacking potential, they’re lacking alignment. When your work matches who you are, everything moves differently.
Today, I help people and teams find that alignment. Whether I’m coaching one to one, guiding a team through a strategic season, drafting a design concept, or teaching yoga, my work is about clarity, integration, and a more grounded way of moving through the world.
My Work
My work centers on three things, coaching, consulting, and creative practice.
Coaching gives people clarity and a deeper sense of identity.
Consulting helps founders and teams move their work forward with direction and momentum.
Creative practice, from architectural drafting to yoga, brings a whole life approach to everything I do.
